​The women’s group is a closed group for people with a life-shortening condition and who are referred to the Highland Hospice palliative team. A referral form is available here https://highlandhospice.org/what-we-do/community-supportive-services/rehabilitation-and-wellbeing-team and any health professional involved in someone’s care can refer. This is different to many of their other groups which are open, such as the Creative,  Social and Health and Well-being groups - click through on the video title for the timetable or contact

LGOWIT is not able to provide a 24 hour support service however for immediate help you can contact Breathing Space Scotland via their free confidential helpline on 0800 83 85 87. - open 24 hours at the weekends and 6pm to 2am weekdays. They also have an online chat option. For emotional support outwith these hours, contact Samaritans on 116 123 (available 24 hours a day, seven days a week).
