Self Management in Challenging Times

Check this animation out for a flavour of our 10 module online course!
“Having an online resource covering some of the major issues faced by our patients is fantastic” (Inverness GP)
Welcome to our Self Management in Challenging Times online course, originally developed with funding from the Scottish Government’s Wellbeing Fund. This engaging and informative course was designed for people who are living with any long term condition.
The course is currently available free of charge to anyone living with a long term condition in the Highland local authority area by registering here.
An extended version of the course for those experiencing Long Covid and living in in Highland or Argyll and Bute is available through our partnership with NHS Highland until 31st July 2022 for anyone who has been referred to us via their GP or the NHS Highland Covid Recovery Team.
Anyone else who is interested in accessing the course should contact Joanne McCoy  email@ lgowit@highlandtsi.org.uk or phone: 07462 171 369 to discuss the options.
