Save the Dates!
​We are launching a new series of in-person digital support sessions for anyone who needs to build their confidence going online in 8 locations around Highland. These sessions are offered as part of our Discover Digital project to address digital exclusion, funded by the Health and Social Care Alliance Scotland. The sessions are delivered in conjunction with our stakeholder partners: AbilityNet, NHS Highland Technology Enabled Care and NHS Highland Near Me.

Magic Movers Muir of Ord
Every Monday from 13th Feb to 20th March at 11am
By popular demand, we have extended Magic Movers at the Muir Hub in the Old School Hall for another 6 weeks. Anyone living with a long term condition is welcome and you can join in at any time in the 6 weeks. Email Mary ​to express interest or drop in to give it a go.


Go Digital Highland Peer Support
Our Go Digital Highland drop-in sessions for anyone who would like to get online more or build their confidence using the internet in Wick, Invergordon, Inverness and Nairn have now completed but we will be publishing details about further sessions in other locations around Highland in the very near future.

LGOWIT is not able to provide a 24 hour support service however for immediate help you can contact Breathing Space Scotland via their free confidential helpline on 0800 83 85 87. - open 24 hours at the weekends and 6pm to 2am weekdays. They also have an online chat option. For emotional support outwith these hours, contact Samaritans on 116 123 (available 24 hours a day, seven days a week).
