Our Covid Recovery Support Services

LGOWIT Long Covid Self Management eLearning Modules
Our online self management training course to help you with your covid recovery is available to anyone referred to us through the NHS Highland Covid Recovery Service. You will receive a link to sign up with your welcome message or email Mary if you cannot find it in your inbox or spam folder

LGOWIT Wellbeing and Social Activities Online (and now in-person too)
Joining LGOWIT is free and means you can access all our online and in-person member activities.

​We post information about online activities on the LGOWIT Online and Living Better Online pages.
You just need to email whoever is listed as the host for each session or email Mary saying which ones you would like to try out and she will send you the links to join on the day.

Our in-person Living Better peer support groups are relaunching in various locations across Highland over the summer and regular monthly meetings will continue through the autumn. See the We're Back page for more information about all our in-person meetings, including Go Digital Highland drop in sessions for anyone who would like to increase their confidence to go online in a friendly supportive environment.

LGOWIT is not able to provide a 24 hour support service however for immediate help you can contact Breathing Space Scotland via their free confidential helpline on 0800 83 85 87. - open 24 hours at the weekends and 6pm to 2am weekdays. They also have an online chat option. For emotional support outwith these hours, contact Samaritans on 116 123 (available 24 hours a day, seven days a week).
