Members Activities Online  April - June 2022

We have extended our online activities through to the end of June with one or two small adjustments.
T'ai Chi/Qi Gong and Mindfulness will continue to run at the same time as we have been enjoying since the beginning of the year. Mindfulness will start this block with Creative Mindfulness on the 27th April.
The live Sound Therapy session will run at either midday or 7pm on alternate weeks. On the 27th April it will be at midday. We will post in the Sound Therapy Facebook group to remind you which time each week. Don't forget, you can access the recording anytime afterwards - and indeed any of the sessions from the last two years by scrolling back in the group. To join in the Sound Therapy you need to join the group using the link above and answering all the questions.

Anyone with any long term condition living in Highland or Long Covid in Argyll & Bute can join.

You can self refer by emailing Mary saying whereabouts you stay.

Autumn 2021 - Online Activities
We have decided to stick with online meetings and activities through to the spring, partly due to ongoing Covid uncertainty and mainly due to cold and wet and dark winter conditions. Our full programme of online activities is posted over to the right. They are free and available to all LGOWIT members and those living with Long Covid in the NHS Highland area. Anyone living with any long term condition in Highland can join LGOWIT by contacting their local community networker.
Don't forget we also have our LGOWIT Living Better and LGOWIT Long Covid Highland groups on Facebook for peer support and sharing info plus the LGOWIT Sound Therapy group for a weekly live relaxing session on Wednesday at 7.30pm (and recordings of earlier sessions). If you are new to these groups, please be sure to answer the membership questions.
