Aftercare Instructions
If you follow these guidelines the sound therapy process will have a deeper and longer lasting effect.

- If you feel ungrounded (light headed) at the end of the sound therapy session, try to eat or drink something. Please do not drive or operate heavy machinery after the treatment if you are experiencing these sensations.
- Following the sound therapy session, it is best to rest, relax or go for a walk and avoid stressful situations.
- After your session have a bath or shower as the water will allow the sounds to sink in deeper and last for longer.
- If possible avoid red meat, alcohol, or any chemical toxin for the next 24 hours.
- Please drink plenty of water to allow the sound therapy effects to release toxins from the body, it is very important to keep hydrated for the next 48 hours.
- Sometimes complimentary therapy can create a healing reaction, where you may experience a worsening of your symptoms before they get better. This is rare and will only be temporary, if you are concerned please contact Ann Marie for further discussion (see foot of page for contact details. If you feel your symptoms require closer attention you should contact your doctor.
